Mi Mexico - Morris

Great food, everything was fresh with large portions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The colorful furniture was unique and cheerful. I had a chicken taco salad.

I highly recommend coming here if your really hungry! This place will your tummy up! Their chips they serve prior to meal is a great start, which can be addicting. I love variety, so I like their combo meals (mix it up)! This is the only place I know of in Morris that will sing on your birthday, so it's a great place to get humiliated :) However, something class I suggest getting one of the tasty fajitas! If you still have room, love their dessert choices (e.g leche flan is my favorite). However, they might not have some of the desserts available, so be open and try to come back again to try it! Overall, the colorful environment will make one forget where there at.

Friday night in small town Minnesota usually means fish fry, but we found an exception to the rule. Late night supper with my wife and a family member, who'd had takeout from this place before. Getting there was a bit daunting.. up the stairs and past closed shops, but the place was a riot of color inside, decorative without being overbearing. Automatic chips and salsa (when they say large queso dip, they mean large) and were the place less jam-packed we would no doubt have had refills before our meals arrived. The menu fits a college town, with numerous a la carte options for the hungry student, and the prices were very reasonable- no doubt a factor behind the packed tables and booths. My wife had one of the many combos.. taco and burrito, rice and beans, but executed with as much care and skill as a special. Family member had the quesabirria tacos.. easily twice as much food as I would expect for double the price back in Rochester. I had the enchiladas supreme, simple but a way to get a variety and the measure of a restaurant. Sadly, we had no room for dessert, so the fried ice cream will have to wait for another visit.

Mi Mexico is such a great Mexican restaurant with so many options. The menu can look daunting but everything is good! Highly recommend the fajitas with corn tortillas.

A hole in the wall (literally) restaurant. It's hidden inside an old strip mall on Atlantic. Best way to get to this place is the alley road right behind the businesses. There's a parking lot too. You can see Willie's grocery from the parking lot. You'll know you're in the correct place when you see all the colorful decorations hanging from the ceiling as you walk into the mall. Go up the stairs and find your way to the back of the building.. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. Excellent service. Great team environment. If you're vegetarian, try Option D, first page of the menu.
